For more than 30 years, Homebuyers Centre has assisted thousands of Victorians and West Australians buy their first home. A lot has changed in 30 years, but the Brand Identity was stuck in the 1990s and didn’t resonate with the current audience.
We conducted a full audit and evaluation of the Homebuyers Centre brand. This led to the development of a refreshed brand strategy, visual identity, modernised brandmark and communications platform that paid homage to the brand’s heritage whilst appealing to first home buyers.
Spinach acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional owners of the land on which we work and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
We also welcome all gender expressions, all races and ethnicities, nationalities, abilities, beliefs and identities.
