Full service agency Spinach has appointed Ben Wilson to the newly created role of group account director.
Wilson is a retail specialist, having worked both sides of the fence client-side and at agencies including Wilson Everard and J Walter Thompson. He has been specifically recruited to run the Liquorland business which Spinach won in July.
Craig Flanders, CEO of Spinach, said: “Ben comes to us with a great pedigree in managing fast moving, demanding retail clients. In fact, I can already see he thrives on it. He’s fit into the fast pace of Spinach very easily. We are looking forward to adding to his responsibilities in the not too distant future.”
Wilson said: “The Spinach environment really suits my style and skill set. I’m excited to be working closely with this experienced team. They are really doing some exciting stuff, in a full-service sense, which I reckon is why the business is enjoying the solid growth it has of late.”
